I got a german sheperd today. It took me a really long time to select the best puppy. The staff is super patient, they wait for me for 2 hrs to make the decision and help answering thousands of questions from me. They are helpful, friendly. I had a great experience here.

Caroline was awesome helping pick out our new puppy.
While wonderful with purchasing a puppy they’ve been totally opposite since we paid & got home. The new puppy we purchased a couple of months ago has been aggressive since and it’s got to the point my wife is afraid of him. They do not care. They’re not willing to even really speak on it just scream no refunds. I’m not asking for a refund. There’s never a manager available to speak with. This place may be pretty and seem like a good place but in my honest opinion after dealing with them, stear clear!!
