The animals are not taken care of properly. Customers were letting their kids pick up and drop hamsters, none of the employees noticed or said anything. We visited with a husky puppy that kept trying to chew on our hands when you try to pet it. The cages were also not very clean and the puppies had feces in their cages. The animals seemed stressed.
