I came in with my boyfriend to play with puppies on 3/1 around 7 pm, not helped for about 15-20 minutes but it was busy so we understood. Yet, when we tried to get attention from the workers, we would either get ignored or they would help another guest. Then my boyfriend got bit by one of the puppies and started bleeding, so one of the workers said she would get a bandaid, then walked away and helped 3 other guests with dogs, while also chatting away with guests when we were standing right in front of her. We then had to get her attention again after 10 minutes and had a sarcastic remark about us “calling the fire department” because he was bleeding.
