Bought 2 “female” dwarf hamsters from here awhile back. Turns out one was a boy and they had a huge litter of babies. No big deal, that mistake happens all the time. I tried calling them dozens of times over the course of a few days and they NEVER once picked up. Left a voicemail and they guaranteed me they’d call back. Needless to say, they never did. Went ahead and loaded up the car with the two cages (at this point we did our best to separate the boys from the girls). Upon arriving, we were told they could take the adults back, but they’d need the babies in a separate cage (talk about a hassle having to sift through all of them). Then we were told they can’t take them back unless the general manager is there, and he’s never there past 3 P. M. What kind of manager is only there until 3 when the store closes at 10?? Like most people, I have a day job, and I can’t be hauling around 14 hamsters. I’m very displeased with the protocol here and will never purchase a pet from them again.
