Wow, worst customer service EVER!! I went in with a friend who needed to purchase something and I started browsing and found an area of bins that had all different types of Bully sticks. The sign said buy 3 get one free so I picked out 4 and stuck with the ones that were under $5.00 (this store is EXPENSIVE). At check out, the first young girl I worked with asked me if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program. I asked what it gave me and she said she had no idea. I asked if they had any brochures and she said, I don’t think so. So I declined and she started checking me out. I told her the bullies were buy 3 get one free and she said she didn’t know how to do that and needed a manager. Manager finally comes over and starts checking me out. I tell him about the special and he says, you have to be a member so I begrudgingly sign up. He rings everything up and tells me my total is $30 which shocked me. I should have said something then but paid and he quickly walked off. I looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged $18.00 for 2 bullies that rang up at $9.00 each. I went back to the counter and now it was different young girl. I explained to her that I did not pick out any bullies over $5.00 and the ones that rang up at $9.00 were in a bin marked at $4.99. After going back and forth and walking over to the bins, she tells me the price on the bin was wrong and they were $9.00 each (these are TINY bullies). I told her that is bait and switch and illegal and they can’t do that. She said there was nothing she could do and I could wait again for the manager but he was busy with other people. After 3 epic fails with 3 different employees, I told her to refund all my money and I was out of there! TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! Don’t shop here!!!
