At first we had a great experience working with the people at Petland. Until we got home. They left out 2 things that I paid for on the puppy bring home kit and when I called to inform them of it the lady got super hateful and told me there was nothing they could do and have fun looking for my lost items. Then I call to finalize my AKC registration and on top of the $4000 for the puppy they fail to tell you it is another $500 to complete registration. Definitely will not be back!

We were able to spend a lot of time with our puppy at Petland to make sure he was a good fit for our family. Petland was very clean and Alisha was very helpful while we were looking at puppies. Alisha spent a lot of time helping us with information and answering our questions.
