Went to petland to look at some dogs. Alisha was helping us and got us several to look at. Alisha was super helpful and knowledge about each dog she showed us. She showed us a beautiful golden retriever! We fell in love & are taking her home! Alisha did such great work and I just wanted to let everyone know to come out to petland and check it out. Ask for Alisha she was the absolute best.

We bought a ferret from petland around 6 months ago and at the time we met a awesome employee by the name of Tara. she went out of her way to make sure we was completly happy with our new fur baby. so last night we decided to go back because there was a cage we was interested in from the last time we was there. They didnt have the original cage we had picked out but one that we liked even more. right after we had paid for the cage and another ferret my wife noticed it was the wrong cage than the one we picked out. Tara not only did all she could to find out if there was another one in the box to no avail the floor model was the only one left. she imediatly took the time to fix the the exchange and helped us dismantle the cage and even helped us load it into the car so we could get it home. The entire time she had nothing but a positive attitude great humor and a smile on her face at all times. I would recommend talking to her over anyone else there. she is awesome and has a great spirit and love for the animals there.

Best pet store I have ever been to
1. Staff is super friendly
2. Their lepord geckos were well took care if and had fat tails.
3. All animals seemed well took care of with clean cages
4. You can play with the pets and let you hold the animals without issues or complaints
5. The hamsters were healthy and active
6. They have alot of dogs, places to play with them and all dogs were socialized
7. the lizards, snakes, and hamsters, bunnies were socialized
8. They have a very wide variety of pet supplies for a variety of animals
9. They had decent prices.
10. They talked to us about each hamster made suggestions about which were more friendly and playful
11. They have a strange guarantee for the animals
. I will 100% go to them again
