Honestly, I love going in there to see the animals. I hope to buy one someday soon. But, some of the employees are very rude, they stare at you a lot. They make it obvious when they’re talking about you too because they look right at you when they do it. Also, they tell us we need appointments for a dog but they let others play with the dogs with no appointment.

Staff was rude. Always staring at me when I come in and making me feel uncomfortable. I asked to play with a dog and they said it was appointment only when they had people walk up before I did and asked to play with a dog and they allowed it. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pet store. I don’t recommend this store to anyone!
