The animals are very well cared for. The business and the employees are not the best. We anticipated all week to get a dog that we had seen online, only to find out the ridiculous price! I would not recommend this place.

I was looking to purchase fancy rats for my kids. We received conflicting information from the staff and after three visits we decided to buy them elsewhere. Also, the staff doesn't always wear masks. That concerned me.

place is always stocked with tons of puppies and they get all the attention....saw a baby bearded dragon that was barely hanging on to life...and no one had even noticed

We visited to just visited to look at animals and it was very sad. There was a snake that looked lethargic and dehydrated and was laying in an empty water bowl under a heat lamp. I politely asked one of the workers if they could give them some water and they said “sure”. I came back about 20 minutes later and there was still no water. When I asked again, they snapped at me and told me “ we will eventually get to it”. There were 3 workers just sitting in a room chatting and the store was not very busy. I feel sorry for the animals that end up trapped in that place without food or water.
