The pets are well trained, and are free to pet and hold if you wish, with a kennel present for puppy play time. Kind staff.

Christine helped us getting our new puppy Ollie, a Pompsky! She was helpful, attentive, and answered all of our questions patiently. Everyone at the store was super friendly! Thank you Petland Knoxville, Christine, and the staff for a wonderful and easy adoption process for our Ollie.

Cute puppies but OVERPRICED. When I asked what I was paying for they mentioned a warranty on the dog. If the dog passes you can go back and get another one for free but no more details after that. You get other things included such as a cage (which I already had from a previous dog) and a few other items but I just wanted the puppy - no other add on's since I could get everything else at other places that are better priced. They wouldn't take anything off the price of the dog since it all comes as a package deal. Would be more appealing if the prices werent above or around 6000 for each dog.
