A wonderful store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are constantly cleaning. We were able to visit with a couple of puppies with no pressure to purchase immediately. It was a great experience and one that we will visit again.

Bought a bunny from them for my wife and then had it for two months and had to put it down because it got weary neck go back to see if they'd replace the old one and they wanted to see a picture of it dead

Bought a bunny from here, had it for a month then got extremely sick and had to put it done. Petland is not a good place to purchase animals. They provide all the papers for the larger animals but not the smaller ones. Took the bunny to the vet had all sorts of sickness with him. Small animals are animals to. They need to get their animals checked before they sell them to people. It’s pretty ridiculous that you buy a pet, from here and then it gets sick right off the back, that’s plain right ridiculous. I will never buy a pet from here again because petland has no idea what their doing at all. Not to mention everything their is way to over priced it was really hard watching my baby bunny get put down just because a pet store has no idea on what their doing at all. I was also looking to buy a shepherd from their and they wanted 6,000 for him. And that’s crazy. They are way to proud of eveything that they own and half the animals you buy from their has no papers so you don’t even know where they came from or their background.

There was an employee named Tyler. He was by far the best employee I’ve ever encountered at pet land(and I go once a week)! He was very helpful and full of information!
