I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. The workers are extremely rude (except Kayla. She is very friendly and attentive to help you get the right pup for you.) We were about to go through with the application process, until two of the girls literally yelled from across the store with 10 other customers around in a rude tone saying “are you done” and for me to not stand up with the dog. Keep in mind there were 2 others holding their dogs but singled me out in front of other customers. There is a way to ask nicely instead of YELLING in front of everybody. That is not how you treat a customer that is about to buy a $6000 dog.

Oh! Keep in mind another man was also standing up holding the same dog I was and was talking to another employee RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM.

I’ve been been so angry not have I ever left a bad review in my life.

Therefor we decided they did deserve our business due to the nasty looks they would shoot towards me. They need to make Kayla a manager and fire the rest of the rude staff.

I had originally given a 5 start review. I am still thankful for our fur baby we purchased. What I'm not thankful for is being lied to. I should have known to read the fine print. They said we had 3 months before interest would hit on our petland card. That's not accurate, it immediately hit. I feel they lied to us in order for us to spend on a pet from them. Shameful to be dishonest with others.

Drove from chattanooga to knoxville to see a corgi. Did not read reviews on here (my fault). Went an hour out of my way to get there and be told this corgi pup who had to have emergency hernia surgery btw would cost 6,000 dollars. They tried to assure me if the dog died, it came with a lifetime warranty and we could get a new one for free. What an absolute joke. An akc certified corgi from a breeder only costs 1,000 to 1,500.

I went to see if I could find a harness for my yorkie didnt have what I needed and on way looking I seen this beautiful French bulldog but of course I didnt get to hold him,i would have got attached cause that's jus who I am lol but I asked price 13,000 for the dog,this is a RIDICULOUS price for these animals an some are mixed breeds i mean no offense on mixed but WOW this is too krazy!!

I would leave negative review if possible but this will have to work. Horrible customer service was actually ready to purchase a dog and not 1 employee even acknowledged our presence. Even tried to get a few to assist but they saw us and turned around. So ill just help save a dog from the pound.
