I wish there was a zero star, because when we walked in it smelt like pee. Then there was a cocker spaniel puppy that was getting dominated by two other dogs on the bottom level and I went to ask an associate about seeing the dog just to get it out of that situation and then she told me that i couldn’t see the puppy which is totally fine because of the fact I know they need a down time, but then I alerted her about the situation and she just looked at me and did not take the necessary actions. I am VERY disappointed in this company!

Makayla was very patient with our looking and choosing of our new addition. She helped through the entire process and gave us recommendations on treats, toys and other accessories. We finally decided on a golden-doodle and our daughters are more than excited to have a new fun friend!

Loved this location! Staff was amazing and you could tell the animals were well taken care of. I have been to many animal shops and this one definitely surpassed my expectations. So much so that I walked out with a puppy in my arms! ❤️🐾🐶
