While the puppies we looked at were absolutely beautiful the price is outrageous. For a hound puppy it was 5,800. They require you to buy this package with the puppy that adds several thousand dollars to the purchase price. When I checked another spot a similar hound was 1,500 top dollar. Of course most cannot afford 6000 for a dog so right away they offer you no money down financing which of course easily has you paying 10,000 or more for an animal that is usually approximately 1500 top out. I just think you should be careful because once you hold those adorable pups it's easy to fall in the trap

I first walked in and everything seemed fine until i saw someone grabbing the bunnies very harshly and when they would bite her, she would throw them back in the enclosure they were in. This happened with the parakeets/budgies as well. One of the employees did nothing of it, she would just look at her and laugh. i was very disappointed after seeing that.

Went to Petland today just looking at puppies wasn't planning to leave with one. Well that didn't happen. The first dog that we played with we ended up getting. Brooke was a huge help through the whole process and walked us through it all!! She was a huge help and explained everything to us from start to finish!! Definitely gonna recommend to everyone

My husband and I were about to embark on getting a new puppy. Because we worked and traveled, this was our first pet in 20 years . We were preparing to finally get our new baby/puppy and went to Petland in Knoxville, TN on Kingston Pike. Our experience was extremely positive. We had 4 different staff/sales associates advising us of different products (and the difference between them), products they used and liked, kennel, bed, toys, shampoo, nails, treats, etc.... We were in the store close to 2 hours. It was like we were first time parents and pet owners. As previously stated, it has been a long time since we had a pet. Stella, Tara, Kayla and Christine were knowledgeable, helpful, and very passionate of their job. I cannot say enough about them. Great, positive attitude. Petland also had a great, beautiful selection of dogs.
