The bettas were in absolutely horrible conditions. All cups (about 10) had water that was horrendous..cloudy and brown. They all had a LOT of food pellets just rotting at the bottom (big ammonia source which kills fish) and a lot of food spilled all over the tops of the lids–overfeeding. One betta was obviously over fed with a huge stomach.
They either need to completely overhaul their care standards and practices or stop selling bettas!
