Let me start off by saying, I love the snake we purchased. He is so sweet. He is a Bumblebee ball python. This is my first snake, and my husbands second one. He was very expensive. 425$ to be exact. And we did not know this particular kind of snake had a neurological disorder called “wobble”. This information was not disclosed to us when we purchased him. The girl we dealt with was kind and helpful. But I would have liked to know my snake would have a disability. And also, the next day after getting him, we found mites on him. Their only solution was to give us a refund and return the snake. Which we didn’t want to do because we love him and are already attached to him. We just feel robbed in a way. Paying 425$ for a snake with a disability we were not informed of, and also carrying mites. We requested them to treat the mites and refund what we spent on the bedding considering we have to throw it out because there are mites in it now, but they wouldn’t do that. I feel that is horrible customer service, especially when you spent so much money. Charging 425$ for a snake (that should be no more than 200$ I’ve learned) ESPECIALLY with wobble, and coming home WITH mites. Again we did not want to return the snake, we just wanted compensation for having to treat our new pet from parasites not even 1 day from purchase. It’s a shame I thought we had found a really great place, because again the employees while we were there were great. But if this is how we are treated after spending almost 700$ collectively on a snake and other supplies needed for him, we will not be returning.
