We work with licensed breeders who meet applicable licensing requirements and established care standards. Our selection considers compliance history, animal welfare, and veterinary care. Carefully screened hobby breeders may also be part of our sourcing program and must follow our humane-care guidelines and medical protocols.

Our consulting veterinarian visits weekly to examine and oversee the health of our puppies and kittens. Consulting veterinarians examine new arrivals, provide preventive care, and oversee in-store healthcare protocols.

Puppy health records are available on request. Our care program includes current vaccinations and deworming protocols, microchipping, a 14-day general health warranty, and a one-year hereditary and congenital defect warranty.

Welcoming a puppy involves more than choosing a breed. We provide counseling on a puppy’s basic needs, with guidance that covers nutrition, an appropriate home environment, grooming and maintenance, and behavioral enrichment.

Our puppies receive daily exercise and socialization with adults and children. Families also receive training supplies and access to training assistance as described in our care program.

Are puppies microchipped?

Yes. All our puppies are microchipped, and our puppy package lists lifetime microchip registration and an Amber-alert recovery system. Review the puppy package with our team before taking your puppy home.
