Wonderful facility. When you walk in, it is like paradise for animal lovers. You can tell the staff really love every animal like their own. Every cage is clean a tidy. I recently bought a Coton de Tulear from here and Tara (pet counselor) was extremely helpful with me picking out my new family member. She answered every question I had and thoroughly explained the puppy for a lifetime policy. They really take the time to ensure the owners are set up for success. I went home with a puppy training video, tips on what to expect, teething toys, etc... and I know if I have any further questions they won't hesitate to answer them. Would definitely recommend!

I had the best experience getting a little baby from this place. I would get another puppy from here. :) .... update: initial impressions were amazing, but my baby boy died within a year of having him, he had health problems the whole time and the only vet they'd accept reports from told us he was perfectly healthy .... we took him to another vet who told us all of the problems he ACTUALLY had, but petland didn't accept this because it wasn't their vet. So our precious puppy is dead and we're still stuck paying over a thousand dollars because they don't think he was actually sick. Disgusting.

Went in today to purchase a daschund, and Alisha greeted us with a smiling face! The whole entire process was smooth and very easy! I would recommend anytime!

She was awesome with helping us get a dog. She was funny, fun and nice. Would definitely recommend getting a pet from here.
